A Kassam rocket fired by Gaza Arab terrorists exploded Tuesday night near a kibbutz in an area of the Sha'ar Hanegev Regional Council. Residents of the area heard the explosion, and rescue workers are searching for the exact site of the explosion. The Red Color early warning system was not activated.
