GAZA, Sept 20 (KUNA) -- Israeli gunboats opened fire on Monday on Palestinian fishing boats north of Gaza Strip.
Israeli gunboats stationed off the coast of Gaza Strip opened heavy fire at dozens of Palestinian fishing boats that were sailing off Sudaniya area, according to local radio.
The Israeli shelling caused no casualties or material damage except, but the Palestinian fishing boats were damaged, it added.
Palestinian fishermen were forced to dock on the shores of the sea in order to avoid fire, it noted.
