Protests in North in favor of Hariri against Hizbullah Mon 24 Jan 2011 - 5:17:13 PM
A convoy of automobiles in Bireh and other regions of Akkar are moving across the streets in support of caretaker Premier Saad Hariri.

Separately, some citizens of Dennieh blocked main roads to the region, most notably in Kfarhabou, Kfarshlan and Denniyeh, protesting Hizbullah's policy against Sunnis as they say.

The protesters called upon former Premier Najib Mikati to refuse Hizbullah's "Wilayat Faqih" and never accept his premiership designation if happened.

Also, a popular gathering on Nour square of Tripoli protested parliamentary majority's non-designating Saad Hariri as cabinet prime minister. The people attacked Mikati for his siding with Hizbullah's policy.
