After spending two years in house arrest .. Young Mmenzla .. Young Mehdi Abbasi give himself up to be implemented in prison for 7 months

The young Mahdi Amin Abbasi on Thursday turned himself in to the Russian Compound police sentenced to 7 months on charges of throwing stones at Israeli troops two years ago.
The Israeli Magistrate's Court issued a ruling against the young Abbasi on 21/10/2012, Omhilth until the beginning of this November to turn himself in, knowing that the Abbasid imposed house arrest two years ago.
Young Mahdi Amin Abbasi was arrested several times, the first was in 2004, where he was detained for a period of one day, and two years later sentenced spend of work "in the service of the public" for a period of 150 hours.
The second arrest was in 2007, where he spent two months in solitary Russian Compound on charges of throwing Molotov cocktails, and released subject to house arrest and remained a hostage for a full year, then court issued a decision to work in "public service" for a period of 6 months.
The young man was arrested Abbasi for the third time in 18-10-2010, and was released on bail and home confinement and deportation to the Ras al-Amud neighborhood and on 23.11, house arrest was extended to him constantly while Court ended its removal from his home after five months, and on "21 -10-2012 "was sentenced actual for 7 months on charges of throwing stones in Silwan.
The arrest was the latter end of last month for two days on charges of throwing stones participation through events Baloqsy and released subject to house arrest for a period of 5 days.
Has also been summoned to investigate two days ago in the Russian Compound.
Investigation with young Magdi Abbasi
In a related development, Israeli police summoned Magdi Amin Abbasi, two days before the investigation into the center arrests Palmscopah, where he was asked about his cousin Imad Eddin who has been detained since last week in the Russian Compound, accused of taking part in throwing stones at Al-Aqsa Mosque on 05.10.2012, about his whereabouts hour of prayer, and if it went to the Al-Aqsa Mosque.

يقوم الشاب مهدي أمين العباسي اليوم الخميس بتسليم نفسه الى شرطة المسكوبية ليقضي حكماً بالسجن 7 شهور بتهمة القاء الحجارة على القوات الإسرائيلية قبل عامين .
وأصدرت محكمة الصلح الإسرائيلية حكمها ضد الشاب العباسي بتاريخ 21-10-2012، وأمهلته حتى بداية تشرين ثاني الجاري لتسليم نفسه، علما ان العباسي فرضت عليه الإقامة الجبرية في المنزل منذ عامين .
الشاب مهدي أمين العباسي تعرض للاعتقال عدة مرات، الأولى كانت عام 2004، حيث تم توقيفه لمدة يوم واحد، وبعد عامين صدر حكم بحقه يقضي بعمله “في خدمة جمهور” لمدة 150 ساعة.
وكان الاعتقال الثاني عام 2007، حيث قضى شهرين في زنازين المسكوبية بتهمة القاء الزجاجات الحارقة، وافرج عنه بشرط الحبس المنزلي وبقي رهينه لمدة عام كامل، ثم اصدرت المحكمة قرارا يقضي بعمله في “خدمة الجمهور” لمدة 6 أشهر.
وقد اعتقل الشاب العباسي للمرة الثالثة في 18-10-2010، وافرج عنه بكفالة مالية وحبس منزلي وإبعاد الى حي رأس العامود وذلك بتاريخ 23-11، وتم تمديد الحبس المنزلي له باستمرار في حين انهت المحكمة الإبعاد عن منزله بعد خمسة أشهر، وبتاريخ “21-10-2012″ صدر بحقه حكم بالسجن الفعلي لمدة 7 أشهر بتهمة القاء الحجارة في سلوان.
وكان الاعتقال الأخير نهاية الشهر الماضي لمدة يومين بتهمة المشاركة بإلقاء الحجارة خلال الأحداث التي وقعت بالأقصى واخلي سبيله بشرط الحبس المنزلي لمدة 5 أيام.
كما تم استدعائه للتحقيق قبل يومين في المسكوبية.
التحقيق مع الشاب مجدي العباسي
وفي سياق متصل استدعت الشرطة الإسرائيلية مجدي أمين العباسي قبل يومين للتحقيق في مركز التوقيف بالمسكوبية، حيث تم سؤاله عن ابن عمه عماد الدين المعتقل منذ الأسبوع الماضي في المسكوبية، بتهمة المشاركة في القاء الحجارة بالمسجد الأقصى بتاريخ 5-10-2012، حول مكان تواجده في ساعة الصلاة، واذا توجه الى المسجد الأقصى.
