RAMALLAH, (PIC)-- The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) launched a widespread arrest campaign throughout the towns and villages of the occupied West Bank, while the Israeli entity declared a high alert fearing from armed attacks in the occupied territories, as a response to the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip.
Palestinian human rights official report revealed that nearly 120 Palestinians have been arrested in the occupied West Bank, since the beginning of the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip, on Wednesday evening, mostly children.
The arrests were reported during the marches in solidarity with the people of the Gaza Strip and to protest the Israeli crimes against the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip, the report revealed.
The report pointed out that most of the detainees were subjected to beatings and torture during their detention by the Israeli soldiers where they were held in detention camps that lack basic health and humanitarian facilities.
