BERNAMA - Iranian President Calls On Islamic States To Help Palestinians
TEHRAN, July 12(Bernama) -- Iranian President Hassan Rouhani has called on Islamic countries to send aid quickly to the Palestinian people, reports Iran's Mehr News Agency (MNA).
He also urged Islamic countries to help put an immediate end to the siege of the Gaza Strip by the Zionist regime of Israel.
According to China's Xinhua news agency at least 10 Palestinians were killed and more than 15 others injured during the intensive predawn airstrikes by Israeli warplanes on various targets all over the Gaza Strip Saturday.
It reported the Palestinian health ministry as saying in a press statement that since the beginning of the Israeli offensive on the Gaza Strip early Tuesday, 118 Palestinians were killed and more than 900 wounded.
