Returned unharmed this morning the two Cretan captains, George Klontzas and Sugar Stylianakis were kidnapped yesterday by the Israeli navy while trying to break the illegal blockade of the Gaza Strip, participating in international mission "Waves of Freedom» ("Freedom Waves").
Once again, Greeks, together with other international synallilengyous kidnapped - under the threat of weapons - in international waters were illegal detention, physical controls, repeated interrogations, theft of personal items and deportation. All this from a country which had never intended to go, nor has any legitimacy to represent the gendarme of the Eastern Mediterranean.
The Greek government, under the new "strategic alliance" with the Israeli apartheid, left unprotected again Greek citizens performing a perfectly legal way the moral and humanitarian duty towards the struggling people of Palestine.
Fortunately, the Greek captains, once again, periesosan the honor of the people of this country to express our real feelings of solidarity with the Palestinians.
