Egypt's top democracy advocate Mohamed ElBaradei has returned to the country amid the largest anti-government protests in years.ElBaradei arrived this evening in Cairo, where he was greeted by family and friends.He said he returned to the country because "it's a critical time in the life of Egypt and I have to participate with the Egyptian people".
