Police Arrests Two Worshippers in al-Aqsa Mosque

JERSUALEM, September 20, 2011 (WAFA) – Israeli police stationed in al-Aqsa Mosque compound Tuesday arrested two worshippers for facing extremist Jews who were wandering the yard of the mosque, according to a witness.

He said that extremist Jewish groups, under the protection of Israeli police, raided al-Aqsa Mosque yard from the Damascus Gate, where worshippers faced them to drive them out.

The police arrested two worshippers in a detention center outside the compound.
