Israel Arrests Popular Front Activists

JENIN, November 22, 2011 (WAFA) – Israeli forces Tuesday launched a large-scale arrest campaign in the West Bank cities of Ramallah and Jenin arresting 17 members of the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP), according to PFLP sources.

They told WAFA that Israeli forces raided homes of activists in the city of Jenin and its refugee camp as well as in area villages arresting 10 people most to them in their 40s.

PFLP activists were also arrested in army raids al-Tireh neighborhood of Ramallah and the village of Kufr Malik, east of Ramallah.
