IOF soldiers unleash hounds at Palestinian teen, beat two children

AL-KHALIL, (PIC)-- Israeli occupation forces (IOF) arrested a Palestinian teen in Tabaqa village, south of Al-Khalil, after unleashing trained hounds at him, local sources said.

They said that Akram Abu Ras, 18, was moderately wounded in the incident, which followed confrontations with young men at the entrance to the village on Friday.

Palestinian Red Crescent teams said that they offered first aid to the wounded teenager but the IOF soldiers refused to allow the ambulance car to evacuate him and instead took him away handcuffed.

Meanwhile, IOF soldiers beat up two Palestinian children near Kafr Kalil village, south of Nablus, on Friday evening.

Medical sources said that Mohammed Yousef Mansour, 13, and Samer Fawzi Mansour, 14, suffered fractures and bruises as a result of the assault. They said that they were carried to Rafidia hospital in Nablus.
