The Israeli military has fired shells into the north of the Gaza Strip on Thursday following the firing of rockets into the south of Israel.
The Ma’an News Agency has reported medical sources in the Gaza Strip saying that no injuries were reported when tank shells were fired in the direction of a group of people.
Rockets were fired, from the Gaza Strip, into the Shaar Hanegev regional council area in southern Israel. No injuries or damage was reported. Reports varied as to the number of projectiles fired, ranging from 6 to 8.
