Israeli special forces assault worshipers in Aqsa mosque

OCCUPIED JERUSALEM, (PIC)-- Israeli special forces assaulted a number of worshipers in the holy Aqsa mosque, the Aqsa Foundation for Endowment and heritage said on Monday. It said that the worshipers confronted the Israeli forces’ attempt to break into the Qibli mosque, the old Aqsa mosque, which triggered limited confrontations with no injuries or arrests reported. The foundation said that tension was still running high in the holy site due to the Israeli forces’ determination to storm the Qibli mosque to force young worshipers out of it.
