Another plea from besieged Gaza

Another plea from besieged Gaza
Continual severe shortages of fuel & cooking gas, plus lengthy power blackouts since Israel's recent deadly bombing raids, have imposed a 'catastrophic impact' on all aspects of existence for the 1.6 million people in Gaza.
Gazan civil groups have issued yet another plea for international action and condemnation of Israel's crippling siege and bombardments of 'the world's largest prison camp'. They state; "the international conspiracy of silence towards the slow genocide taking place against the 1.5 million civilians in Gaza indicates complicity in these war crimes."
New Zealanders have responded by generously supporting the Kia Ora Gaza team on the next Viva Palestina Arabia humanitarian aid convoy intent on breaking the siege and adding to "the growing pressure to lift the embargo entirely". The Kia Ora Gaza team of 4 Kiwi volunteers will join the land convoy, set to depart London on 22 April. The international convoy will consist of a fleet of construction vehicles bearing building materials, which have been banned by Israel for over 5 years.
