NEW YORK, September 21, 2011 (WAFA) - Presidential spokesman, Nabil Abu Rudeineh, said on Wednesday that the Palestinians are willing to resume negotiations with Israel if it agrees to stop settlement activities and agrees to the 1967 borders.

Reacting to US President Barack Obama’s speech at the United Nations General Assembly session, Abu Rudeineh said that “the Palestinians are willing to resume negotiations once Israel agrees to stop settlements and accepts the 1967 borders as the terms of reference for negotiations.”
