One Palestinian was killed and six others wounded on Friday in a shooting by Jewish settlers in Qasrah village, near Nablus.
Jewish settlers attacked the village by uprooting trees and shooting people, leaving a Palestinian young man dead and six others wounded, eyewitnesses said.
The Israeli army even attacked the villagers when they just tried to defend themselves, they said.
Meanwhile, several young Palestinians were injured in confrontations with Israeli forces at Qalandia checkpoint where they rallied to protest the Israeli closure of entries and roads leading to Jerusalem.
The Israeli army used rubber bullets and tear-gas to disperse the rally, leaving several protesters, including two cameramen, injured.
The demonstrators hoisted Palestinian flags and banners reading "Palestine, the 194th State", and called for supporting inter-Palestinian national unity.
