Israeli jailors storm Palestinian prisoners’ cells

JENIN, (PIC)-- Israeli jailors stormed the cells of ward 4 in Askalan prison on Tuesday and savagely searched the prisoners’ rooms in search of mobile phones, press reports said.

Quds Press said that soldiers of the Matsada and Nahshon divisions thoroughly searched the rooms and broke property of the prisoners at the pretext of looking for mobiles.

The same units stormed ward 5 in the same prison earlier this month and punished prisoners by depriving them of family visits for three months.

The prisoners in Askalan have threatened to go on hunger strike if the prison administration did not respond to their demands and end the punishments against them.
