قام محامي مؤسسة الضمير لرعاية الاسير وحقوق الانسان، والمحامي تماربيليغ من مؤسسة الدفاع عن حقوق الفرد "هموكيد"، بتقديم طلب عاجل للقائد العسكري للارض المحتلة بإلغاء أمر الاعتقال الاداري بحق الاسير خضر عدنان واطلاق سراحه فوراً، وذلك بناء على رأي الخبير الطبي الذي يؤكد على خطورة الوضع الصحي للاسير خضر عدنان، مما يعني انه لا يمكن ان يشكل اي تهديد او خطورة على الامن كما تدعي قوات الاحتلال.
ومن الناحية القانونية هذا يجعل امر الاعتقال الاداري الحالي غير قانوني وباطل والاستمرار في اعتقاله يعتبر اعتقالاً تعسفياً.
