Jewish settlers attempt to burn down Palestinian house

BETHLEHEM, (PIC)-- Jewish settlers attempted to burn down a Palestinian house in Manshiya village, to the south east of Bethlehem, at dawn Monday, local sources said.
They said that the settlers wrote racial slurs on another house, noting that inhabitants foiled their attempts.
Hassan Brejieh, the coordinator of popular anti-wall and anti-settlement committees in Bethlehem province, said that the settlers poured petrol on the house but inhabitants threw stones at them forcing them to leave without finishing their crime.
He added that the racist remarks were sprayed on the house of Sheikh Younis Abu Diyya.
