GAZA, Aug 24 (KUNA) -- One Palestinian resistance fighter from Al-Quds Brigades, the military wing of Islamic Jihad, has died from his wounds on Wednesday as result of an Israeli raid in Gaza Strip.
Palestinian medical spokesman in Gaza, Adham Abu Salmia, told KUNA that an Israeli reconnaissance warplane fired a missile targeting a group of Palestinian citizens at Al-Nafaq street in midtown Gaza.
The Palestinian youth, Atiyah Mahmoud, 20, was severely wounded before being transferred to Al-Shifaa Hospital, noting that another Palestinian was also injured.
Earlier, two Palestinians were injured in another Israeli raid at Al-Shajaiya area east of Gaza.
Abu Salmia also told KUNA that an Israeli warplane fired a missile targeting a group of Palestinians in Al-Nazaz street.
He added that the two sustained mild injuries and were transferred to Al-Shifaa Hospital.
