Soldiers Kidnap 7 Palestinians In The West Bank

Israeli soldiers invaded, on Wednesday at dawn, several Palestinian communities in the occupied West Bank, broke into and searched dozens of homes, and kidnapped seven residents.

The Ahrar Center for Detainees Studies reported that the army invaded Awarta village, near the northern West Bank city of Nablus, and kidnapped one resident identified as George Awwad, 21, a student at An-Najah University in Nablus.

Awwad is the brother of Hakim who is imprisoned by Israel serving 5 life terms.

Also on Nablus, soldiers invaded a residential building and kidnapped four Palestinians identified as Amir Sami Al-Amloudi, 18, Ayman Basem Al-Foula, 18, Mohammad Al-Foula, 18, and Nidal Majed Az-Zirba, 18.

In Jenin district, also in the northern part of the West Bank, soldiers kidnapped two residents from Kufur Ra’ey and Aqaba villages. The two were identified as Bassam Yousef Sbeih, from Kufur Ra’ey, and Ja’far Khaled Ghannam, 28.

Soldiers also invaded the home of former political prisoner, Mustafa Abu Arra, and searched the property; damage was reported.

It is worth mentioning that the army kidnapped, on Tuesday at night, a young Palestinian woman, 18, and her 12-year-old brother, in Tal Romedia neighborhood in the southern West Bank city of Hebron.

The army also invaded Kufr Qaddoum village, in the northern part of the West Bank, and kidnapped several local nonviolent peace activists.
