They said Muhammad Innayeh, 22, was ripped apart by the missile.
A passerby was lightly injured. The two injured were taken to hospital.
At the same time, Israeli artillery hit Juhr al-Deek, very close to where the missile had hit, said witnesses, but without reporting any injuries.
The death of Innayeh brings to eight the total number of Palestinians killed in the Israeli air strikes in the last 24 hours, including a 2-year-old child and a 13-year-old boy. One pregnant woman was injured in an earlier air strike.
Meanwhile, Israel reported that a number of grad missiles and mortars were fired from Gaza into Israel on Friday, but without causing any damage or injury.
