BETHLEHEM (Ma'an) -- All air traffic to and from Israel was stopped late Friday until 9 p.m. Saturday, as Israelis mark the Jewish holiday Yom Kippur, Israeli media said.
The Taba crossing to Egypt, in southern Israel, will also reopen at 9 p.m. Saturday, media reported.
All transportation is shut down during the religious holiday. Media reports said trains would resume service after midnight Saturday.
