JENIN, January 26, 2012 (WAFA) - Clashes erupted on Thursday between Palestinian residents of Ya’bad, a village southwest of the northern West Bank city of Jenin, and Israeli soldiers who raided the village, causing several suffocation cases among the residents, according to local and security sources.
They said that large forces of the occupation army, accompanied by an infantry unit and a troop carrier, raided the schools (Al-Madares) and Al-Ras areas in the village amid heavy gunfire, sound and teargas bombs, leading to the eruption of clashes and causing several suffocation cases among Palestinians.
