RAMALLAH, October 5, 2011 (WAFA) - Presidential spokesman Nabil Abu Rudeineh said Wednesday that the Palestinian Authority will continue to deal with the quartet special envoy, Tony Blair, as long as he is its choice.
He called on the quartet principals -- the United States, European Union, Russia and United Nations -- to exert every effort and pressure on the Israeli government to accept the quartet’s latest statement by finding mandatory mechanism to stop settlement activities on Palestinian Territory, including East Jerusalem, and accept the two-state solution based on the 1967 borders.
