RAMALLAH, October 24, 2011 (WAFA) - Israeli soldiers Tuesday arrested 10 Palestinians after raiding several areas of the West Bank, said Palestinian police in a statement.
Police said Israeli forces set up a checkpoint at the entrance of Turmusayya, a village in Ramallah, and arrested three Palestinians, including two 18 year olds.
In Hebron, soldiers stormed the municipal housing project, arresting two Palestinians and taking them to an unknown destination, according to security sources.
Sources said that other forces raided the entrance of the town of Halhoul north of Hebron in the southern West Bank, and Al-Fawwar refugee camp south of Hebron, as well as several other neighborhoods, stopping vehicles and checking passengers' identity cards.
Soldiers also arrested a Palestinian, 34, near the town of Azzoun, east of Qalqilia in the northern West Bank.
In southern Bethlehem, soldiers arrested two 23 year old Palestinians from the town of Beit Fajar after raiding their houses, according to security sources.
