Ramallah, October 18 (QNA) -Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas has got a phone call from Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu felicitating him on the release of the Palestinian prisoners from the Israeli jails. Over the phone call, the two sides also discussed the latest Palestinian developments especially the Palestine bid to have a full membership at the UN .
