Troops entered Deir Abu Mash'al at around 2 a.m. and stormed several homes, locals said, adding that Palestinian youth threw empty bottles at the forces in protest.
Villagers said soldiers fired live ammunition and injured Ahmad Kamal in his knee.
Recently there has been an increase in army raids northwest of Ramallah, with nightly incursions reported in some villages.
