Israeli Forces Arrest Nine Palestinians across West Bank

WEST BANK, January 23, 2012 (WAFA) – Israeli forces arrested nine Palestinians across the West Bank in late night raids at several villages, Palestinian security sources said Monday.

They told WAFA that Israeli soldiers arrested two Palestinians in their early 20s from Marka village, south of Jenin, after searching their homes and tampering with their contents.

Israeli soldiers also arrested five Palestinians from Anabta village, in Tulkarm area, all in their 20s.

Soldiers also arrested a Palestinian from Balata refugee camp, near Nablus, and another from the village of Housan, near Bethlehem.
