Israeli Forces Hand Palestinians in Jordan Valley Demolition Orders

Palestine News & Info Agency - WAFA

NABLUS, January 30, 2012 (WAFA) – Israeli forces Monday handed demolition orders to three Palestinian brothers in the Jordan Valley area of Aqraba, said an activist.

Ghassan Daghlas, an activist monitoring settlement activities in the northern West Bank, told WAFA that Israeli soldiers handed the three brothers notices that their tin shacks, which they use as residence, will be demolished.

Aqraba and its environs have been under threat of takeover by the Israeli government for the benefit of Jewish settlements in the area and to empty the Jordan Valley area of its Palestinian residents.
