Activist: Expansion of Apartheid Wall near Qalqilya will Separate Towns

QALQILYA, January 9, 2012 (WAFA) – An Israeli decision to seize vast areas of Palestinian land east of the West Bank city of Qalqilya in order to expand the Apartheid Wall will separate two Arab towns, a local activist said Monday.

Coordinator of the National Committee against the Wall and Settlements in Qalqilya, Rafiq Mara'ba, told Voice of Palestine radio that route of the apartheid wall, which will separate Ma'ale Shomron and Alfei Menashe settlements from Palestinian villages in the area, will also separate Kafr Thulth and Azzoun, towns east of Qalqilya.
